David M. Gelman, EA, ASA, MAAA, MSPA
President and Chief Actuary
David is the founder of Gelman Pension Consulting, Inc. He is a
consulting actuary with more than 30+ years of experience. As chief
actuary, Davidís primary responsibility is to supervise plan design
and actuarial work for Gelman Pension Consultingís defined benefit
plans and provide guidance in all other types of plans.
David holds a Master in Science degree from the NYU Graduate School
of Business. He is an Associate in the Society of Actuaries, Member of
the American Academy of Actuaries, a Member of the American Society of
Pension Professionals & Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
Rob is also a cofounder of Gelman Pension Consulting, Inc. His
responsibilities include managing the operation and annual
administration of all client benefit plans. He has been in the pension
administrative business since 1987 and has extensive experience in
both administration and consulting, as well as an excellent background
in computer systems.
Rob has earned his Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and
Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations from the American
Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). Rob graduated
from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh where he majored
in mathematics and computer science.
